Excerpts from life on a small dairy farm...
We are just getting down to the high 80's and I think that's good, but I envy you and your 'wee bit chilly this morning'. After a summer of 100+ days, 'chilly' would be great. The picture you posted is beautiful - green is a color not seen around here in vast areas like that - it's gorgeous!! Thank you for sharing!
Winter is a coming....No frost here, but I'm certain that it's not too far in the future!~K.
We had frost in our area and other areas actually had snow YIKES !! lovely photo . Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !
we finally cooled off a bit into the 80s - down from high 90s last week. so color me a tad envious. :)
It might not feel good but it is sure is pretty to look at. Perhaps it will warm up here soon if your weather is getting frosty cold.
I am in heaven, no snow and no frost. Usually, I'm the first to go.
oh i love your blog. Mine blog is also about cows! Follow me pls<3
The chill is sure in the air here too. I have to wear gloves to the barn now. I feel sory for those little calves that are born this time of year. I had one born two days ago and waiting for two more any day now.Have a great week.Hugs,JB
I was just over at The Dancing Donkey... Kris has had snow in New York state already... whoa!!! The Farmer's Almanac says a cold winter this year....
Not yet here, but soon, very soon. I can feel it in the air!Lindahttp://coloradofarmlife.wordpress.com
