Like Kids In a Candy Shop...

Jim baled the first hay of the season tonight.

After they were finished unloading, he and the kids shoveled the loose hay off the bottom of this  wagon into the hay racks in the meadow...a bedtime snack of sorts for the cows...

You'd think those cows had died and gone to Heaven!  They surrounded that wagon like their very lives depended on a taste of that hay!

Just like kids in a candy shop!

  5. Great picture. It's so easy to please animals sometimes. I bet they went and layed down to chew cud after eating all that up.

  6. My hens, turkeys, etc..., get the same kind of treat when we top off the corn bin. It's like, "you know this is the same stuff you get every day, don't you?" Go figure! :)
