Last week the kids missed two days of school because of the snow. They were thrilled to have time to spend time with friends...
...and do things like this...
This week so far we've had temps in the 40's and tomorrow is to reach near 60 degrees! From -2 to 60 degrees in one week is quite a temperature swing!
With the rain we had today on top of the melting snow, we've got lots of mud, and lots of water running across the still frozen ground with no where to go. It's messy, but SPRING is ALMOST here!
like someone just flipped the season's switch! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch cute kiddos :)
ReplyDeleteYep.. this year has been a strange weather year. So happy that Spring is here and sunny days!
Smiles :)

The girls are all beautiful and having lots of fun. You got a good start on Spring.
ReplyDeleteHere it 5°C or 41°F. and melting. We still have a long way to go but at least we have hope of Spring.
Definitely an unusual year.
Hugs,
JB
So much fun at your house. I think that must be so hard to have all that snow and now mud.
ReplyDeleteNow THAT'S what winter is for! We've had the warmest winter ever. Weird.
ReplyDeleteSnow brings out the kid in all of us, I think. I'm not much liking the immediate push to summer..I am hoping that we at least have a few weeks of spring before it turns hot and muggy and stormy.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun!!!
